Intention

This project asks us to consider what it really means to invest in a future here on earth. It presents an opportunity to invest in the future of our land, our soil, our water ways, rather than investing in objects of consumption and “luxury” that exploit the earth as they are made and as they fail to die. Buying Time offers an alternative.

Rather than putting a bandaid over one of the many environmental crises we face, I’m attempting to create an experience that deepens each individual’s relationship with the land and the web of life we are all inherently a part of. This project is about tuning in — getting in touch with where things come from, where they go when they break, where we come from, how we grow when we break.
